Health & Safety Policy



It is the policy of this company “MultiRoofing Systems” to comply with the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005, the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations, 2007, and the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006 and to ensure so far as reasonably practicable the safety, health and welfare of all employees whilst at work, and to provide such information, training and supervision, needed for this purpose.


MultiRoofing Systems Ltd is committed to dealing with all identified hazards (using the principles of prevention), by elimination if possible, by substitution or replacements with less hazardous substances, by reduction of employee exposure to an internationally acceptable level and as a last resort by the use of personal protective equipment.

All employees have the responsibility to co-operate with supervisors and managers to achieve a healthy and safe work place and to take reasonable care of themselves and others.  Staff Members who jeopardise their safety or that of others - or who fail to observe safety rules - are subject to corrective action up to and including dismissal.  The allocation of duties for safety matters and particular arrangement to implement the policy are set out in the company safety statement.

The policy will be kept up to date particularly as the business changes in nature and size. To ensure this, the policy and the way in which it has operated will be reviewed as required.

It is important that you read this safety statement carefully to understand the overall arrangements for health and safety in MultiRoofing Systems Ltd, and incorporate these as an integral part of the tasks performed by you while at work.  The contents of this statement will be appropriately conveyed to people who may not be capable of understanding the contents.
