Our History
1992 – Where it all Began
Founded in Dublin, MultiRoofing Systems started with a simple yet ambitious mission: to deliver complete, high-performance building envelope solutions. From the earliest projects, we focused on total system performance, long-term durability and design integrity, setting the standard for everything that followed.
1994 – Earning our Stripes
Within just two years, we secured our first major contracts in the pharmaceutical sector. These projects demanded precision, compliance and quality at the highest level, skills that became part of our DNA.
1997 – Expanding Regionally
With growing demand in southern Ireland, we opened our Cork office. This expansion brought us closer to our clients and allowed us to deliver projects with even greater speed and efficiency.
1999 – First Data Centre, First of Many
We completed our very first data centre in Ireland, a milestone that marked our entry into mission-critical construction, a sector that would become one of our defining specialisms.
2001 – Growing with Retail
Our partnership with Tesco began, cementing our role as a trusted delivery partner for large-scale retail developments. From this point forward, we delivered consistent quality at scale and at speed.
2006 – Building at Scale
We completed Ireland’s largest distribution centre at the time, a benchmark project that proved our capability in delivering complex, high-volume builds.
2007 – Partnering with IKEA
Our first retail project for IKEA in Dublin set the stage for a long-term relationship built on reliability, technical excellence and on-time delivery.
2012 – Crossing Borders
MultiRoofing Systems Ltd expanded into the UK with the opening of its London operations, growing the family business into a new market.
2012 - Strengthening Our Roots
While expanding into the UK, MultiRoofing Systems established a new manufacturing facility in Ireland, ensuring full control over quality and reinforcing the company as a trusted, reliable partner.
2020 – Retail Excellence Recognised
We reached a major milestone: 200 Lidl stores completed across Ireland and the UK, each delivered with the same precision, consistency and attention to detail.
2022 – Entering the Nordics
We expanded into mainland Europe with our first data centre project in Oslo, Norway, establishing our presence in one of the most advanced digital infrastructure markets in the world.
2024 – Strengthening our European Presence
We founded MultiRoofing GmbH in Frankfurt and began work on our first hyperscale data centre in Germany, positioning ourselves at the heart of Europe’s digital economy.
2025 – Scaling New Heights
Our latest chapter includes the launch of another hyperscale data centre in London. As we continue to grow across Europe, we remain committed to the retail sector, delivering projects with the same precision, care and trust that have defined us for over three decades.
